3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel refunds are subject to the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable hotel bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Any refund approved by the hotel will be processed after deduction of applicable fees.

4. Flight Tickets

  • Flight ticket refunds are governed by airline rules and fare conditions.
  • Some tickets may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
  • Airline penalties, taxes, and service fees may apply.

5. Cancellations by Arabian Star Tours

If a tour or service is canceled by Arabian Star Tours due to operational issues, weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Customers will receive a full refund, or
  • Be offered an alternative date or service, subject to availability.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or credit card companies.

7. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Amendments or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • Additional charges may apply.
  • Some services may not allow date changes once confirmed.

8. Force Majeure

Arabian Star Tours shall not be liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Flight disruptions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

Refunds in such cases will depend on supplier policies.
